Role Overview

• This role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and monitoring of technical systems and processes to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• The Project Engineer will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders to meet project objectives while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• This position requires experienced professionals who can manage diverse projects efficiently and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and management of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and technical specifications.
• Monitor technical aspects of the project, including process optimization and equipment performance.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures for potential technical and operational challenges.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, including management and clients.
• Manage contracts with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Prepare technical and financial reports for project evaluation.
• Develop and review detailed project documentation, including designs, technical specification, and progress reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and engineering, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support throughout project lifecycles.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, and modifications.
• Any other task assigned to you.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing industrial or engineering projects, including exposure to oil and gas or heavy industries.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and project management tools.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with attention to detail and results-oriented thinking.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas industry standards (e.g., API, ASME, ISO).
• Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations in the oil and gas sector.
