We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Project Manager (Construction)

Job Location: Lagos

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a trac record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions.
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, as well as building codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage project teams.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Procore.
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
