Eventecture is an uber-creative design and build company. Birthed out of a desire to create and execute outstanding event design, stage sets, and other creative constructions that span across the retail and marketing sectors.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Project Manager (Mechanical or Civil Background in Event Design)
Job Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• The job holder shall be responsible for coordinating and negotiating with suppliers for project materials
• Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
• Preparing of purchase orders
• Going on market survey and providing a report on the survey
• Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Vendor reconciliation to get quality materials

Key Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the design and build industry or other related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work well with a team
• Excellent communication skills
