Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows.

Client Collaboration:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, understanding their needs and providing regular updates.
• Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable delivery.

Resource Management:

• Optimize resource allocation to enhance productivity and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a balance between project demands and team capacity.

Problem Solving:

• Address challenges promptly and efficiently, finding practical solutions to keep projects on track.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Generate concise project reports, highlighting key achievements and upcoming milestones.
• Maintain detailed project documentation for reference and analysis.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with client expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to address any quality concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital marketing or related agency.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts.
