We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quality Control / Assurance Officer

Job Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Ensure that excellent quality control and assurance mechanism is implemented in all the business units.
• Resolve quality related issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure that prices of requisition items, supplies and purchases are not inflated and are commensurate with the quality and quantity.
• Work closely with Purchaser and Head Chef to ensure quality control and proper portioning.
• Ensure all agencies and local government documents are updated (HACCP, food handler, both state and local government documents).
• Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
• Supervise the production process and maintain healthy and hygiene environment.
• Monitor all activities in line with the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) approach.
• Guide the food production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product.
• Conduct Product Tests and Assessment.
• Identify Product Defects.
• Record and Report Issues.
• Support Process Improvements.
• Reporting of any quality deviation
• Support the initiation of internal audits as scheduled.
• Follow through on assigned QMS Audit Corrective
• Supports investigation and closure of Consumer and Trade complaints.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 4+ years of relevant work experience.
