Job Description


  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our team.
  • As a Quality Control Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet and exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of our manufacturing processes and products to ensure compliance with regulations and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive quality control inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures and policies to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
  • Create and maintain detailed quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
  • Develop and conduct training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of quality control processes and promote a culture of quality within the organization.
  • Investigate customer complaints regarding product quality, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and procurement, to address quality issues, resolve discrepancies, and implement preventive measures.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality control, and proactively propose and implement improvements based on new knowledge and technologies.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during inspections and audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience working in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as within a team.
  • Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and procurement, to address quality issues, resolve discrepancies, and implement preventive measures.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
