We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quality Control / Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Supervises: Trimming Section

Objective / Purpose

• The QA/QC Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining the quality of the shoes produced, and are responsible for implementing quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet the specified quality criteria.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

• An assistant supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work of trimming shoe workers, ensuring that they adhere to company’s policies, procedures and standard.
• She assists in training new employees on the company’s trimming shoe process.
• She inspects finished products to ensure that they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments or corrections as needed.
• The assistant supervisor is required to provide regular reports on the progress of the trimming shoe production to the supervisor head.
• She is responsible for ensuring that the trimming shoe equipment is well maintained and functioning properly, reporting any malfunction to maintenance staff.
• She is responsible for ensuring that all safety regulations and standards are followed in the trimming section and reporting any violations.
• She is responsible for keeping records of production (trimming output), workers attendance and other relevant information.
• Assist in the allocation of work for each day.
• Marking and calculating of bags (sacks) for packing of trimmed finished shoes.
• Supervise the housekeeping practice of each day.

Requirements

• Qualification: OND / HND
• Experience:1-2 years in asupervisory level in any plastics / manufacturing Company very desirable.

Work Cycle (Hours/ Days):

• Monday – Saturday (8.00am – 5.00pm)

Remuneration
N140,000 - N180,000 monthly gross.
