Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed inspections of vehicles before and after repairs to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
  • Conduct functional and safety tests on vehicle components, including brakes, lights, and electrical systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results, noting any discrepancies or issues.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and ensure their expectations are met.
  • Suggest improvements to the quality control process and help implement best practices.
  • Identify defects or issues and communicate them to the relevant technicians for correction.
  • Ensure all repairs and services comply with manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct final quality checks before vehicles are delivered to customers, ensuring cleanliness and overall appearance are up to standard.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures; use protective gear.

Requirements

  • 2 years+ of experience as a Quality Control Personnel or similar role.
  • Proven experience as an Auto Quality Control Supervisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Relevant certifications or training in automotive quality control (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and quality control standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
