Rentachef NG is a leading catering, hospitality consulting, and chef rental agency in Nigeria. The company provides private chef service to customers across Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Intern

Job Location: Ikate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Operations in overseeing daily operations, including managing workflows, follow-ups, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in analyzing and optimizing operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing operational data/information, record keeping, including residential chef subscription, chef work schedule, work location and client’s information.
• Track metrics, analyze trends and provide insights to aid business decisions.
• Foster effective communication across departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
• Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues, escalating to Lead Operations/Admin as necessary.

Requirements
Education:
Current NYSC member with degree in:

• Business Administration
• Mass Communication
• Marketing / Sales
• English
• Economics
• Accounting / Finance
• Human Resources

Experience:

• 0 -1 year of work experience in a well structured hospitality or food service company.
• Experience in operations support and customer service is important.

Other Requirements:

• Proximity to Ikate and Lekki phase 1 is desirable.

Skills:

• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and general computer literacy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication (both written, listening and verbal), and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and good analytical or problem-solving skills.
• Strong initiative and analytical mind.
• Willing to learn fast.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong initiative and ability to work efficiently under severe pressure
• Proven problem solving skills.
• Ability to work underminimal supervision.
