We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Location: Festac, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Manage stock levels and place supply orders when needed
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organisation
• Handle staff scheduling and attendance
• Support management with cash handling and basic record keeping
• Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for customers

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Manager
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Organised, disciplined, and proactive
• Friendly, professional, and approachable personality
• Basic knowledge of inventory or cash handling is an added advantage

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 per month.
