Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. 
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, customer service, and team leadership. 
• You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience, managing staff, optimizing efficiency, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of front and back-of-house staff.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards in food, service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
• Schedule staff shifts, track attendance, and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, aiming for swift resolution.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or wastage.
• Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
• Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and engagement.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree / HND with 3 - 4 years of work experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of business management and financial principles.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software is an added advantage.
• Certification in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
