Job Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Locations: Benin, Edo and Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executives to join our dynamic team in Benin and Port Harcourt.
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships within their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on potential leads.
• Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in FMCG or a similar sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must reside in Benin or Port Harcourt.
