Nemitt Pharmaceuticals Limited is an indigenous pharmaceutical company incorporated in July 1988 as a fully capitalized limited liability company with RC No. 116 088. Among its activities, the company engages in the wholesale of Pharmaceutical products. Nemitt Pharmaceuticals Limited was born out of the dire need for an alternative to the hitherto existing chaotic distribution in the pharmaceutical supply chain. with the goal of addressing the gaps in the distribution value chain.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Officer 

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for men who are competitive and enthusiastic about sales, and have experience in retail or wholesale sales, to assist customers in identifying products, process customer lists, and help with purchasing products.
• Duties include selling, restocking, and merchandising.
• The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers
• Manage point-of-sale processes, picking, and invoicing
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide customers with information about products
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Ring up purchases.
• Follow all the company's policies and procedures

Requirements

• OND, HND, BSC
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in sales, customer rep in pharmacy or retail
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Candidates must live close to Surulere, Ojuelegba, and Yaba. ( Apapa, Fadeyi, Onipan, Ebutte-metta, etc.)

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
