Job Position: Sales Representative

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

• As a sales representative, you will serve as the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales.
• You must be passionate about fragrances, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and has an in-depth understanding of fragrances and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers with professionalism and warmth.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand’s fragrance portfolio, including key notes, origins, and stories behind each product
• Represent the brand in a polished, professional manner in line with luxury retail standards
• Communicate the heritage, craftmanship, and value of the brand to customers
• Manage stock levels by replenishing products and organizing inventory
• Process transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Assist in events such as in-store launches, brand activation, exhibition etc
• Maintain an understanding of competitor purchases to highlight the unique value of the brand
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by offering tailored recommendations and follow-ups
• Stay updated on company promotions, events and new product launches to share with customers.

Qualifications

• ND / HND / BSc Degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field will be preferred (SSCE holder with proven experience can also apply).
• 1 - 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative or Customer Service (experience fragrance industry will be an added advantage)
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory (Word, excel etc)
• Proficient in using POS systems
• Candidates staying within Ikoyi will added advantange (Terms of appointment and condition of service).

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
