Job Position: Sales Representative
JobLocation: Surulere, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Promote and sell company products and services to both prospective and existing customers
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with both existing and prospective customers
• Reach out to prospective customers through cold calling
• Follow-up with dormant customers
• Escalate customer's complaints and issues to ensure maximum satisfaction
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the stipulated time and schedule
• Call bulk customers to place their orders/requests
• Prepare and submit daily sales report to the line manager
• Gather information about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for sales growth
• Have a deep understanding of the company's products and services, and demonstrate and communicate the benefits and value propositions to both existing and prospective customers.
