Job Title: Network Administrator

Job Description 
The role requires someone with strong drive and leadership to achieve the changes that are necessary in a business that will continue to evolve. The Network Administrator will ensure that the network architecture and design incorporate best security practice.

Key Qualifications, Skills And Attributes

• HND or University degree level of Education with In depth knowledge of Data Communications technologies
• A Cisco Certified Internet Expert qualification or equivalent proven practical network experience Proven experience of design, implementation and testing of network solutions
• An authority on most aspects of data communications networks covering wired, wireless, remote, security, monitoring, and user authentication
• Flexibility to travel and work flexibly in differing time zones

Key Responsiblities

• Design and implementation at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls and security
• investigate new products and technologies and where necessary conduct evaluation.
• Design and implement hosted and cloud solutions for customers using technologies
• Administration and maintenance of remote monitoring and management systems
• Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure
• Remote access solution support: VPN, Terminal services and Citrix
• Design and implement disaster recovery solutions

Any one of the following certifications is essential:

• VCP –MCP –MCSE –MCSA –CCEA –CSSA -CCNA
