Job Position: Senior Credit Risk Analyst

Job Locations: Lagos and Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• Are you an experienced credit professional with strong analytical depth and a passion for risk management?
• We are currently seeking a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan applications to assess creditworthiness and repayment capacity.
• Analyze financial statements, cashflows, and projections.
• Review facilities including POs, Bridge Finance, Working Capital Loans, Income Discounting, etc.
• Conduct credit bureau spooling and prepare monthly bureau reports.
• Monitor loan portfolios to detect early signs of distress or fraud.
• Prepare detailed credit analysis reports with recommendations.
• Generate weekly and monthly credit risk reports.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–10 years of professional experience (preferably in SME loan review).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory policies and credit procedures.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and risk assessment skills.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management ability.
• High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.

Salary
N450,000 - N750,000 / month.
