Job Position: Senior Executive (Imports)

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job summary

• Ensure smooth and timely operation of imports.

Responsibilities

• Detailed Negotiation with Overseas Suppliers
• Follow-up on Original Bills Of Laden and  Opening Of Form - M
• PAAR Follow-up
• Original Document Follow-up
• Making SONCAP Arrangement
• Opening Of LC
• Files Maintenance
• Import Shipment Tracking
• Ensures Exchange Control Documents (ECD) are promptly submitted to Authorized Dealer Banks.
• Draft Document Approval.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in relevant discipline
• Maximum of 5 years of cognate experience, preferrably in a manufacturing set up.
• Proficiency in computer skills (ERP, MS Office) 
• Good command of written and spoken in English.
