Job Summary


  • The Senior HR Executive will play a pivotal role in managing and executing HR strategies that align with the consulting firm’s business objectives.
  • This role involves overseeing core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, compliance, and HR operations. 
  • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in HR best practices, capable of supporting organisational growth and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programmes for new hires.
  • Identify training needs through regular assessments and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives, workshops, and seminars.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.
  • Implement and manage the performance appraisal process.
  • Support line managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
  • Monitor performance trends and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment through engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication between management and employees.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation frameworks in line with company policy and market trends.
  • Assist in salary benchmarking and total rewards strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to internal and external regulations.
  • Generate and analyse HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
  • Streamline HR processes for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience within a structured organisation.
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPM, PHR, SHRM) is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle confidential information, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
