Job Position: Senior Procurement Officer

Job Location: Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• To source, negotiate, and purchase quality raw materials, packaging, beverages, equipment, and services at the best value, ensuring timely supply to meet QSR operational demands while maintaining cost efficiency and supplier compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements.
• Raise purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely approvals.
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the Stock Reconciliation Officer to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Maintain supplier database and performance records.
• Ensure procurement aligns with approved budgets and operational needs.
• Track deliveries, resolve shortages, and handle supplier-related issues.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and quality standards.
• Support periodic supplier audits and product quality checks.
• Prepare and submit procurement reports to management.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5years of experience in procurement, preferably in QSR or FMCG.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management tools.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and cost-consciousness
