Job Description

• We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to manage the development of software applications for our internal products lab and for our clients.
• Our ideal team member is someone who loves building great products and enjoys collaborating with business and engineering stakeholders to solve challenges.
• In this role, you will use customer insights, critical thinking, and strategic perspective to define application requirements and lead successful software development strategies. 
• You will lead the iterative development of mobile and web applications using best-in-class technologies and management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead product ideation, requirements gathering and documentation
• Prepare highly detailed specification documents that consider product features, users, and target market
• Own and manage applications across the product lifecycle, spanning strategic planning to tactical execution
• Act as an interface between Intelia and customers (external and internal) while building stronger relationships based on successful product development
• Scope product requirements and user stories that follow Agile software development methodologies
• Work with QA resources to ensure clean, robust deliverables that are in line with Intelia's promise of excellence
• Lead daily SCRUM meetings with team members

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager building mobile or web-based consumer products, with a strong track record of success.
• Energized team player who is ready to contribute to the development of new ideas
• Exceptional organization skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) is an absolute must
• Enthusiastic and hands-on with the application of technology
• Excited by the opportunity to create customer experiences with an eye for detail
• Background in application development or design is a huge plus.
