Job Position: Social Media Expert

Job Location: GRA, Port Harcourt - Rivers
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

• The Social Media Expert will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness, attract guests, and enhance our online presence.
• This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the hotel’s brand and goals.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, and videos) across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive bookings and brand visibility.
• Monitor trends, respond to followers, and engage with online communities.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and guest relations teams to promote offers, events, and unique guest experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager/Expert, preferably in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in graphics, video editing, or use of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
