Job Summary

• We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, increase brand visibility, and drive measurable engagement and sales through social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars.
• Supervise content creation (graphics, videos, copy).
• Manage company pages across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and provide monthly performance reports.
• Run paid ads and optimize campaigns for conversions.
• Engage with online community and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Stay updated on digital trends and algorithm changes.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics tools.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Leadership and team coordination ability.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
