• Our client is seeking a creative Social Media Manager with strong design skills to elevate the company’s digital presence. This role is crucial for amplifying our mission of improving healthcare accessibility and interoperability.
• The ideal candidate will create visually compelling content, manage social media platforms, and drive audience engagement, showcasing a strong understanding of both digital marketing and design principles.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engage audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders.
• Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, and promotional materials using tools like Canva to support social media campaigns.
• Create engaging and innovative posts, stories, and reels for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
• Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Build and foster an online community aligned with OneClick-Med’s mission and vision.
• Provide detailed monthly reports with data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and advocacy teams to ensure social media efforts align with organizational goals.
• Plan and execute targeted campaigns for product launches, health awareness drives, and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, preferably in healthcare or tech.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools is mandatory. Basic video editing skills are a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
