Overview

• We are looking for a passionate, fashion-forward Social Media Manager / Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our boutique, you will help provide an exceptional shopping experience for our clients both online and offline.

Job Description

• Assist customers with their shopping needs by providing personalized fashion advice and recommendations.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a personalized shopping experience for each client.
• Handle sales transactions efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms engagement strategies
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally..
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
• Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and safe for both customers and staff.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree, OND, or HND is required with previous experience as social media manager.
• Must have 1-3 years of experience
• A passion for social media sales
• Must live around Ajah (Sangotedo,badore, addo road and its axis)
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
• Gende: Female.

Salary
N100,000 / Month
