Documentone Platforms Limited - ETX-NG (Electronic Transcripts and Documents Exchange in Nigeria) is the name given to the Electronic Academic Document Exchange and Certificate Verification System for Nigeria owned by ETX Solutions Nigeria Limited. It is a technology platform, acting as an electronic and transcript clearing house, exchange and a certificate verification system that will allow schools of education, polytechnics, colleges, and universities in Nigeria and abroad to send and receive transcripts between each other as well as provide certificate verification data to corporate organisations in a secure, trusted environment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Social Media Personnel

Job Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

• We need someone young and Tech Savvy who is expected to be up-to-date with new trends. We require someone with adequate knowledge of social media management tools.
• You are to provide administrative support to help establish and maintain a positive public image for the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting research to aid PR planning.
• To monitor relevant media platforms, eg Instagram, Facebook and Twitter etc.
• Assembling press kits and telephone calls from staff when necessary.
• Write and edit media materials; press releases, newsletters, reports etc.
• Participating in brainstorming and planning sessions
• Assisting in organizing and execution of PR events, campaigns etc.
• Daily creation of relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.
