Job Position: Sourcing Officer

Job Location: Mowe, Ogun

Job Summary

• The role involves sourcing loaders and other operational staff.
• This opportunity is suitable for outspoken, smart individuals who are willing to learn.
• No prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify loaders and other operational staff
• Approach and engage potential candidates within assigned locations
• Explain job roles and requirements clearly to candidates
• Conduct basic screening of interested candidates
• Maintain records of sourced candidates
• Meet assigned sourcing targets

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: OND
• SSCE acceptable for candidates who are confident, outspoken, and sharp
• No work experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-field and meet target
• Candidates must reside in Mowe, Ogun State.
