Job Title: Telemarketer

Requirements

Must have knowledge in Sales and Marketing principles and strategies
Must have at least 2 years work experience in sales, marketing or telemarketing.
Must have excellent communication skills, good customer relationship skills, persuasive, can work to meet challenging targets and deadlines and deliver under pressure, self motivated and competitive.

Job Descriptions

Making outbound calls to prospective business and gathering information
Booking appointments for sales teams and making notes of dates for follow up calls
Exceeding customer expectations through exceptional customer service
Responsible for handling B2B and being the first point of contact for customers.
Contact business and private individuals by telephone to book/ schedule appointment for sales rep to meet with prospective customers.
Obtain contact details of prospective customers from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists.
Follow up on prospective leads.
