Farm Grid Africa is an organization of agricultural, veterinary, health, and tech experts with a particular interest in improving agriculture in Africa and promoting one health.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: UX / UI Designer
Job Location: Nigeria

Job Description

• We are looking for user experience (UX) designers responsible for creating an optimal experience for the user when they interact with our website, with huge concern in studying users, understanding their behavior, and architecting a user journey that enables the user to achieve their desired tasks with minimal effort.

Responsibilities

• Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX/UI problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Create prototypes, wireframes, and conduct usability testing.

Requirements

• A Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Designs, Fine Art, and any other related courses.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Design thinking abilities and user-centric mindset.
• Understanding of interaction design principles.
• Knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Zeplin, and OmniGraffle.
• Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences.
• Attention to details.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
