Video Content Manager Job at Bemehair

Bemehair - We are a premium wig brand company, offering 100% human hair wigs and providing advanced wig technology and experiences.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Video Content Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the video content production for Bemehair.com, including collecting and shooting high-quality video materials to ensure the content aligns with the brand style and market demands.
• Goal-oriented: The target audience for the video content is African American women in North America, to be used on Bemehair.com, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, aiming to enhance brand awareness and sales conversion.

Requirements

• Equipment and Tools: Proficient in using video shooting and editing software (such as CapCut), with video editing skills. Must have personal editing and shooting equipment (smartphone).
• Creativity and Execution: Capable of creative planning and independently completing video shooting and post-production.
• Team Collaboration: Able to work closely with marketing and design teams to jointly improve content quality.

Other Information:

• Working Hours: At least three videos must be produced daily, with flexible working hours.
• Work Location: No restrictions, but preferably near a wig market.

Salary and Benefits

• $500~$1000 USD/month
• Sales Commission: A 2% commission on orders generated by each video;
• A 2% commission on orders generated through other promotional methods as well;
• After one year of employment, a Chinese work visa is provided, along with a local Chinese salary.
• After three months of employment, having received sales commission and produced content that led to orders, an additional reward of an iPhone 15 or a similar-level shooting phone.
