Job Description

• This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment, capturing and editing stunning visual content for a range of events, corporate projects, and media productions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various multimedia projects, including events, commercials, corporate videos, and digital campaigns.
• Capture dynamic footage at live events, ensuring the best moments are recorded with creativity and precision.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos, incorporating sound, graphics, and special effects to create visually engaging content.
• Ensure that all video content aligns with the company’s brand identity and meets project requirements.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver compelling visual stories.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in video production and editing.
• Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring its functionality and readiness for shoots.

Requirements

• Degree or Certification in Film Production, Multimedia, Communication Arts, or any other field.
• 3 - 4 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and creating content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings for event coverage, as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and other aspects of video production.
• Creative flair and an eye for detail in capturing visually appealing shots and editing them into compelling narratives.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take direction and offer creative input.
• A good understanding of color grading, motion graphics, and special effects is an added advantage.
• Experience working in the event or multimedia industry is a plus.

Salary
 N150,000 - N250,000 per month.
