We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Waiter / Waitress

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilties
Customer Service & Hospitality:

• Greeting Guests: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, and assist with seating if needed.
• Menu Presentation: Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items (ingredients, portions, potential food allergies).
• Ensuring Satisfaction: Check in with guests during their meal to ensure their satisfaction.
• Complaint Handling: Promptly and professionally handle guest concerns or requests, escalating them to a supervisor/manager when necessary.

Order Taking & Service:

• Order Accuracy: Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system or order pad.
• Kitchen Communication: Clearly and quickly relay order details and special requests to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serving: Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature (hot food is hot, cold food is cold).

Preparation & Cleanliness:

• Table Setup: Set up tables with napkins, cutlery, and condiments before service.
• Clearing Tables: Clear tables efficiently after meals.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 5 years of experience.
