Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management.
- The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of our products.
- This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills to maintain optimal inventory levels, streamline operations, and manage the warehouse team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of sanitary ware products.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, including stock tracking, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Analyze and report on warehouse performance metrics, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and delivery timelines.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and team morale.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align warehouse operations with business objectives.
- Address and resolve any warehouse-related challenges promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
