Job Summary


  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management.
  • The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of our products.
  • This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills to maintain optimal inventory levels, streamline operations, and manage the warehouse team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of sanitary ware products.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, including stock tracking, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Analyze and report on warehouse performance metrics, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and delivery timelines.
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and team morale.
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align warehouse operations with business objectives.
  • Address and resolve any warehouse-related challenges promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
