Job Summary

  • As a Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, moving, and dispatching goods.
  • The role requires maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient stock handling, and keeping the warehouse organized to support smooth production and delivery processes.

General Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Record inventory levels accurately and update warehouse management systems.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of goods, including raw materials.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and customer service teams for seamless operations.
  • Prepare and dispatch customer orders in line with company procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy in order processing to minimize errors and returns.
  • Monitor order status and collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee loading, unloading, and internal movement of items.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
  • Maintain clear documentation for all fulfilled orders and update relevant systems.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc Degree / HND in any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience using ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites for tracking stock levels and generating reports.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
