We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Warehouse Officer
Job Locations: Oregun, Lagos & Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: Branch Service Head
Hours: 40 hours weekly
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Staff member with extensive knowledge of Power product spare parts to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.
- This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of Power product spare parts.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and track inventory levels.
- Generate reports on inventory status and order fulfillment as needed.
- Work closely with the warehouse manager and other team members to optimize warehouse operations.
- Ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Implement and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and shipments.
- Communicate effectively with other departments, such as procurement and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies, order fulfillment, or warehouse operations.
Skills Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Power product spare parts.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in a Technical or any related field.
- Additional relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience working in a warehouse.
- Proven experience with Power Product spare parts is an added advantage.
