Job Position: 2026 Management Trainee Programme 

Job Location: Lagos

Description

• A renowned player in the Manufacturing Industry (Recycling) is partnering with Westfield Consulting to recruit exceptional graduates for its 2026 Management Trainee program (A 10 weeks’ training program).

Training Duration
Training duration is broken down into 3 phases, culminating into a 10-week Management Trainee program.

• Six weeks of classroom training for the Management Trainees
• Two weeks On-the-job training
• Two weeks recap classroom training.

Program Focus
The Management Trainee Programme shall cover the following professionals:

• Accountants/Finance
• Human Resource
• Sales & Marketing
• Engineers
• Information Technology
• Administrators
• Digital Marketers
• Lawyers
• Customer Service Officers etc.

Qualifications

• BSc / B.Eng. (Second class lower and above)
• HND (Minimum of an Upper Credit).

Requirements

• 6 months – 2 years work experience
• Not older than 28 years.
