Job Position: IT Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The IT Officer manages and maintains the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide user support, implementing cybersecurity measures, managing data, and troubleshooting technical issues to support daily operations and special events.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Network and System Administration: Configuring, maintaining, and upgrading the club’s computer networks and servers to ensure uptime.
• Technical Support: Providing helpdesk support for members, staff, and guests, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Security and Data Management: Implementing antivirus, firewall protection, and maintaining data security and access controls.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Installing, configuring, and updating hardware (computers, POS systems, printers) and software applications.
• User Account Management: Handling the creation, maintenance, and deletion of user accounts for new, existing, or departing staff/members.
• Event Technology Support: Ensuring audio-visual equipment, Wi-Fi, and other technical requirements are functional for events.
• Vendor Management: Coordinating with external IT service providers or vendors for repairs and maintenance when necessary.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / month.
