• Will work very closely with the managing director in managing the client service department and ensuring that the agency fulfills its service level agreements with its clients. 
• Will also be partly responsible for business management and development; strategy; creative and operational excellence

• Excellent people skills a must. 
• Must also be a great communicator. 
• Ability to manage the creative team to delivery to tight deadlines 
• Must have at five years' agency experience.
