We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Account / Inventory Executive

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Daily transaction entry and reconcile stock balances.
• Keeping records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location.
• Maintain all the documents with proper filings.
• Liaise with the Warehouse Supervisor regarding any receiving issue
• That material is selected accurately as stated on the Material Requests
• To ensure proper authorization for all goods entering and leaving the warehouse
• To compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory.
• Assist in compiling data during audit time.
• Coordinate, dispatch and track shipments to remote locations ensuring that all items as stated on the DN arrive at the required destination
• Management of delivery notes- ensure acknowledged copies of DNs are received from all relevant parties and are logged appropriately
• To ensure that inventory is not removed from the Warehouse without being recorded and that all issues from the store are transacted promptly ensuring delivery notes are raised for every material
• Preparation of reports to inventory supervisor
• To check inventory record for accuracy.
• To find, sort, or move goods between different parts of the business.
• To check and inputs supplies into the warehouse inventory system.

Requirements

• B.Sc., or HND in Accounting or related courses
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience on the role
• Knowledge in inventory valuation and product cost & transactions impacting financial reports.
• Able to use software and general knowledge in excel usage.
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Power point.
• Experience in Similar role is an added advantage.
