We provide natural creative foods and resources that enrich children in their first 1,000 days, helping them develop healthy eating habits for life. We produce a range of locally-made baby and toddler cereals from everyday home-grown items like vegetables, fruits, and grains. Our major strength is creating easy-to-use recipes and affordable foods for busy mothers with fussy eaters and children who are malnourished due to displacement. We do all these via implementing best practices advised by our in-house nutritionists who partner with us to make our foods with the daily average nutrients a child needs from 6 months to 3 years old.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Account Officer

Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Account Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Responsibilities

• Posting accounting/ financial data into the company’s accounting system.
• Record and update sales invoices, receipts and payments in the control excel document.
• Manage petty cash imprest and transactions and ensure that petty cash policy is strictly adhered to.
• Monitor and record the purchase, tagging, departmental movement, and salvage of fixed asset.
• Preparing and monitoring budgets before expenses are incurred.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• Remittance of Withholding Taxes and Personal Income Taxes
• Record raw materials and finished goods inventory in the control excel document daily.
• Process cash advance reimbursement forms.
• Management of Fixed Asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Ethical and trustworthy with financial data and transactions.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / month.
