Job Locations: Bwari, Kubwa, Dutse, Marraba and Nyanya, Suleja - Abuja (FCT) and Ikotun and Iyana Ipaja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking fluent speaker of Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo to join our team as Account Officers. The successful candidate will onboard new users, provide inventory financing services to retailers, and manage their accounts to help them grow their businesses.
• The ideal candidate should have a quick and innovative personality, understand selling lending products, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new retailers and provide inventory financing services
• Manage and grow existing retailer accounts
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Fluently speak Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo
• Understand selling lending products and have a quick and innovative personality

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 2-3 years of sales experience in lending and fintech.
• Fintech/Banking experience
• Fluency in Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Innovative and results-driven personality
• Great relationship with the informal markets.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
