Job Position: Account Reconciliation Officer

Location: Lagos
Job Description

• Experience in reconciliation of Point of sales (POS) transaction is highly desirable.
• Responsible for the preparation of selected monthly general ledger reconciliations
• Report any losses or irregularities and/or variances identified during the preparation of the reconciliations.
• Recommend corrections for variances to ensure timely resolutions
• Responsible for the creation of journals to correct issues identified during the completion of the previous month’s reconciliations
• Proficiency in Double entry principle is key.
• Providing daily and weekly report on vendor reconciliation
• Provide ageing analysis of vendors on weekly basis
• Ability to work on Micros/Opera software
