Responsibilities

• Recording Transactions: Maintaining and updating financial records, including income, expenses, and assets.
• Preparing Financial Statements: Compiling reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Budget Management: Assisting with budgeting and financial planning.
• Tax Compliance: Calculating taxes, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Auditing: Reviewing financial records to ensure accuracy and detect discrepancies.
• Advising: Providing financial insights and recommendations to improve efficiency or profitability.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
• Professional certifications are an added advantage
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to interpret and explain financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
