Job Position: Accountant
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and support overall financial operations.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be well-versed in accounting principles, and possess a high level of integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements in compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including reconciliations and payment processing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and budgets.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, banking activities, and general ledger.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Assist with audits, tax filing, and statutory compliance.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate deductions and reporting.
- Provide financial analysis and forecasting to aid strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations (e.g., IFRS, GAAP, local tax laws).
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all financial records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of [2–5] years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books, or SAP).
- Professional qualification (e.g., ICAN, ACA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Working Hours:
- 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday
- May be required to work extended hours during reporting or emergent periods.
