PetroApp filled in the gap for reasonable control over fuel consumption, fleet management cost, and digital transformation through an” Application” solution that controls this process in addition to fuel consumption reports for each car.

Job Description
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Manager to join our finance team. As an Account Manager at PetroApp, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the financial health of the organization.
- You will play a vital role in preparing financial statements, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. If you have a strong accounting background and are passionate about contributing to a growing organization, we want to hear from you!.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform month-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Ensure all receipts, invoices and payment are accurately captured
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting activities.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting regulations.
- Assist with year-end audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- CPA or ICAN certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have experience in SaaS, Telecoms or oil and gas sector.
