We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job Location: Redemption Camp, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary


  • As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as the right hand of the CEO, managing schedules, communication, meetings, confidential projects, and a wide range of executivelevel support tasks.
  • This role requires emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Take meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution
  • Serve as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Organize travel, logistics, and event planning
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in an executive support role (healthcare or NGO experience is an advantage)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
  • A calm demeanor, flexible mindset, and service-oriented attitude.

2.) Steward

Job Location: Redemption Camp, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking dedicated and reliable Stewards to support the cleanliness and functionality of our facility environment, ensuring patients and staff experience comfort and care.
  • The Steward will be responsible for general cleaning, support services in wards and offices, and ensuring hygiene standards are upheld in all areas of assignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas (wards, offices, restrooms, etc.)
  • Handle waste disposal in line with hospital protocols
  • Support catering and patient care teams during service delivery
  • Replenish supplies such as soap, sanitizers, and tissue in bathrooms
  • Assist in maintaining stock and notifying supervisors of shortages
  • Adhere to infection prevention and control practices

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE/WAEC or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a hospital or hospitality environment is an advantage
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Reliable, honest, and committed to hygiene standards.

3.) Senior Accountant

Job Locations: Redemption Camp, Ogun
Reports to: Head of Finance
Reports to: Head of Finance

Role Summary

  • The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and supporting audits.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills, ethical standards, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate journal entries and reconciliations
  • Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed assets
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with departments
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Maintain financial systems and contribute to system upgrades or transitions
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives and cost efficiency
  • Supervise junior finance staff, fostering their development and performance

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or M.Sc. is an advantage)
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a hospital or similar institution
  • Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA) is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and accounting standards
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • High ethical standards and integrity
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
