Job Position: Operations Intern
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship

Job Description

• Assist in day-to-day operations, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing
• Support project management initiatives, such as coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and communicating with team members
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visual aids to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Develop and implement process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Analyze and improve operational processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or leadership team.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree / HND with 0 - 2 years of experience.
