We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Application IT Support Intern

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Internship

Responsibilities

• Conversant with the use of a computer
• Ability to handle application and system issues
• Providing software support to users across locations
• Proficiency use of Microsoft office
• Communicate with application users, addressing their complaints and providing prompt solutions
• Experience in customer support (added advantage)
• Identify and communicate specific areas of concerns (while relating with users) the organization needs to address
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of application software testing (a plus not compulsory)
• Providing weekly report

Educational Requirements

• 0 - 1 year experience.
• B.Sc in Computer Science or in any related field
• Must have completed NYSC.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
