Job Position: Customer Service Representative (Male)
Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Manage the inboun and outbound phone calls and messages from artisans and customers both at the frontend and backend of the Artisan Express Mobile app.
• Handle artisan express customers and Artisan's complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Build customer relationship and trust with artisans and customers through open and interactive communication.
• Keep record of customer interactions, process documents and file documrnents.
• Uisng the right tools eg MicroSIP

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND qualification with 1 - 3 years of work experience.
• Must be a Male.
