Job Position: Service Attendant / Cashier

Job Location: Abule Bus Stop, Egbeda-Idimu Road - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for vibrant and hardworking Service Attendants to join our fast-growing restaurant team.
• You will be the face of our brand, responsible for taking orders, serving delicious meals, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly as they enter, explain the menu, and answer questions about food ingredients.
• Order Management: Accurately take customer orders and process payments (Cash/POS).
• Food Preparation: Assist the kitchen team by plating food, packing takeaway orders, and ensuring orders are served hot and fresh.
• Cleaning & Hygiene: Keep the dining area, service counter, and workstations clean and organized at all times.
• Upselling: Suggest extra items (like drinks, sides, or desserts) to customers to increase sales.
• Complaints: Handle minor customer complaints professionally and escalate major issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant, bakery, or retail shop is an advantage but not compulsory (we train!).
• Communication: Must be able to speak and understand English clearly.
• Appearance: Must maintain high standards of personal hygiene and a neat professional appearance.
• Personality: Energetic, friendly, and able to work well under pressure during "rush hours."
• Proximity: Candidates living near [Insert Location] are preferred to ensure punctuality.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.
